Terms of Use
Last updated: 2026-04-08
1. Acceptance
By using NOTICA ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please discontinue use.
2. Description
The Service synchronizes tasks between your Notion databases and Google Calendar through secure OAuth 2.0 authorization. The Service acts as a conduit — it does not retain your calendar event content or Notion page content on its servers beyond what is described in the Privacy Policy.
3. Google API Services
NOTICA uses Google API Services. By using the Service, you also agree to the Google Terms of Service and acknowledge that your use of Google data through NOTICA is subject to the Google API Services User Data Policy.
Google user data accessed by NOTICA is used solely to provide the synchronization service you requested. It is not used for advertising, profiling, or any secondary purpose. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
4. User Responsibilities
You agree to:
- Use the Service lawfully and ethically.
- Maintain control of your Google and Notion accounts.
- Understand that removing or revoking integrations will stop synchronization.
- Not use the Service in any way that violates Google's or Notion's Terms of Service.
5. Service Availability & Limitation
- The Service is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind.
- We are not responsible for data loss, sync delays, or downtime caused by API changes, rate limits, or connectivity failures.
- Functionality may change without prior notice as platforms evolve.
6. Termination
You can disconnect at any time:
- Google: myaccount.google.com → Security → Third-party apps
- Notion: Settings → My connections → Remove NOTICA
We may suspend or terminate accounts that abuse the system or pose a security risk. Upon termination, stored OAuth tokens and sync metadata will be deleted within 30 days. You may also request immediate deletion by contacting us (see Privacy Policy).
7. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Notica Studio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
8. Governing Law
This agreement is governed by the laws of Taiwan (Republic of China). Disputes will be resolved under the applicable laws and regulations of Taiwan.
